Some of the major products in our kitty are MS/SS Storage Tank, Industrial Chimney, Air Receivers, IBR/Non IBR Piping, EOT Crane, Spares for EOT Crane, etc.
Our company was formed by a group of mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers in the year 2005. The team specializes in designing, fabrication, erection, commissioning, and galvanizing activities. Having vast experience of the domain, we offer on-site fabrication solutions on Turnkey Projects basis with mechanical equipment fabrication, erection and plant piping i.e. process and steam piping under IBR and any other third party inspection agencies
After the inception of our company in the year 2005, we have grown into a full-fledged organisation with the establishment of design, engineering division and manufacturing and construction divisions. Since then we are serving clients across industry verticals. Catering to the requirements in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, textile, process industries, power, and fertilizer plants, the range is used for application boilers, plant equipment, EOT crane, etc.
Being a reputed member of Marathwada Association Of Small Scale Industries And Agriculture (MASSIA), we specialize in a number of activities, which are listed below:
- Design, fabrication and erection of heat exchangers and process- columns.
- Consultancy for energy conservation (steam, electrical and equipment), and steam auditing.
- Erection of boilers, economizers, evaporators, super heaters, air pre-heaters, design, fabrication & installation of high/low pressure steam piping as per IBR.
- Fabrication and erection of process and storage tanks, knockout drums, etc.
- Fabrication and erection of multi-storied steel structures, industry/factory sheds, etc. design, fabrication and installation of M.S. self-supported/guy-rope type chimneys as per IS-6533-1971/1986 under local pollution control authorities with computer aided design calculations.
- Fabrication and erection of industrial plant piping i.e. oxygen, acetylene, hydrogen, nitrogen, high/low pressure steam/ process/ utility piping.
- Shut down and maintenance jobs on power/industrial boilers. Re-tubing, furnace replacement and repairs on main boiler.
- Consultancy for Inspection and execution for plant and machineries.
- Painting, anti-corrosive treatment and thermal insulation.
- Supply and fabrication of pipes and pipe fittings etc.
- Installation and commissioning of sophisticated plant machineries, etc.
